Love to nature, sense of justice and tolerance are my most formative characteristics. Since earliest childhood I am curious about foreign cultures and people, which was always a driver for study and travel experiences abroad. To describe the lives of people all over the world accurately and bring certain injustices to light to improve their situation has always been my major concern. Through my work I want to make a positive contribution to the development of a globally responsible and sustainable society and fight against discrimination and exploitation. |

During my studies I was taught again and again that private-sector enterprises are always cost efficient and the public sector works inefficient. Nobody questioned the sustainability of these companies and only short-term profits counted for most of the experts. In my opinion, it takes more than short-term profit-oriented thinking - this change in perspectives plays a huge role in my daily work. Not competition, but cooperation and trust in the partners are values that are important to me. In cooperation with our partners I see these values realized through our organization gain&sustain. |
